Shipping
Where is the item shipped from?
Our offices are located in the United States and Hong Kong, with our factory in China. Your package may be shipped from China, the United States, or Hong Kong.
If items are out of stock in our US and UK warehouses, your package will be shipped from our Chinese warehouse.
We currently operate three warehouses globally.
What is your delivery time?
Most orders take 7-15 days from order placement to delivery.
Due to the current pandemic, please note:
We are making every effort to deliver orders within the usual delivery timeframes, but please be aware that some orders may take longer due to reduced capacity at warehouses and carriers. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our customer service team.
Changes to estimated delivery dates
We or our delivery partners will notify you of reasonable changes to the estimated delivery date in the following cases: delivery delays or inability to deliver at the original date and time due to events beyond our or our delivery partners’ control. Products will be delivered when we send them to the address you provide. If we cannot deliver your product within 90 days, we will:
a) Notify you;
b) Cancel your order; and
c) Refund your payment.
I need to receive the item by a specific date!
While we strive to meet your deadline requirements, we cannot guarantee that orders will arrive by a specific date. Once the package leaves our facility, the delivery time is entirely determined by the courier. We recommend purchasing well in advance of your deadline to avoid any unexpected delays.
We can provide expedited shipping services via DHL or FedEx. Please contact us for a quote before placing your order. In most cases, if the order is processed urgently, it can be received as early as 5-10 days.
If the order does not arrive by the specified date, we cannot issue a refund for orders in transit. The order must be returned to us for a refund to be processed.
How much is the shipping cost?
We offer free shipping for all packages. If you need faster shipping services, please contact our customer service team in advance.
Incorrect address or address changes
Please ensure the correct delivery address is provided when placing your order. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages or related fees due to incorrect addresses. We cannot guarantee the success of address changes. If an address change is required, in any case, postal services or EMS will charge us an address change fee; if the new address is far from the incorrect address, postal services or EMS will also charge an additional redelivery fee.
If you request us to contact postal services or EMS on your behalf to request an address change, we will send you an invoice to cover the additional fees incurred during the change. If you change the address yourself and postal services or EMS charge us separately, we will send you an invoice for the corresponding amount to recover our costs. While the invoice is issued by us, we will ultimately pay the full amount to postal services or EMS on your behalf. We greatly appreciate your understanding that while we will do our best to cover fees caused by our own errors, we cannot assume fees resulting from circumstances beyond our control.
Lost, stolen, and misdelivered packages
If no signature is required, postal services or EMS will determine for themselves whether an area is safe to leave the package. If a signature is required, they will attempt to obtain a signature at or near the address. If a signature cannot be obtained, they may leave a notice with further instructions. Please check your tracking information for details of the latest delivery attempt.
If a package is returned to the sender due to loss, theft, or misdelivery, we will provide a redelivery service.
Redelivery is a paid service (we will charge corresponding shipping fees based on the size and weight of different lamps).
If a lamp is damaged or lost during shipping, we will send you a new lamp free of charge.
If a package is marked as “delivered” but cannot be found, it is likely that the package is nearby or may still be on the delivery truck and has not been lost. In most cases, the package will be delivered the next day. If the package still cannot be found, you need to contact the postal service or EMS and request a “trace” to locate the package. To apply for a refund or exchange, you must request a trace to confirm the package is lost, and all traces must be completed within 7 days of delivery. Outside of this time window, we cannot file a loss claim with postal services or EMS to recover costs for lost or stolen items.
Failed delivery

Postal services or EMS will attempt delivery once, but if the package cannot be delivered (e.g., no signature obtained, incorrect address, etc.), FedEx will temporarily hold the package at a local facility before returning it to us. In such cases, FedEx will charge us a fee for returning the package a second time. We are not responsible for fees related to items returned due to failed delivery.
If this occurs, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. If you wish to have the package redelivered, we will send an invoice including the return shipping fee charged by FedEx and the redelivery fee. Alternatively, if you no longer need the package, a refund will be issued, but a 30% restocking fee will be deducted to cover all lost shipping and packaging costs. We must receive your response within 30 days of the item being returned to us to arrange redelivery or issue a refund.
United States
Free shipping for all orders.
Delivered by UPS. Door-to-door (no import duties required).
Orders are typically received 10-20 days from the order date (for Canadian customers) / 7-15 days (for US customers).
Australia
Free shipping for all orders.
Shipping via China Post Air Parcel takes 7-25 days, or EMS takes 5-15 days + processing time.
All our products are made-to-order or assembled. Please refer to the production cycle in each product’s description, as some products are made-to-order and may take up to 12 weeks.
European Region
Shipping via China Post Air Parcel takes 15-25 days, or EMS takes 5-15 days + processing time.

Free delivery for all orders.
Delivered via Royal Mail or UPS. Orders are typically delivered within 10-25 days from the order date. (Door-to-door, no import duties required).
United Arab Emirates / Bahrain / Kuwait
(China-Middle East air or sea express 7-20 days).
Russia
(China-Russia special line express 7-20 days).
Who pays import taxes and VAT?
In most cases, our packages pass through customs without paying VAT. However, in some cases, especially for larger orders, we may need to provide more information to customs and cooperate with the buyer to provide documents. Please note that each destination country has different thresholds for the value of goods that can be imported without paying import taxes. Import duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
This service is limited to the selected standard shipping channel.
Special reminder: Please select the standard shipping channel for Canada, the UK, Belgium, Poland, Spain, Germany, Luxembourg, Austria, Sweden, and Hungary to avoid expensive import duties imposed by customs.
Is there an express option?
Yes! Express options incur additional fees. Please email us your order and destination, and we will calculate a customized shipping cost for you.
Average processing time?
Estimated processing time: 3-15 days.
Customized special items may require an additional 3-4 working days.
